I’m a minimalist at heart and am always looking for ways to pear down on necessary gear.
The MTN stick and bivouac set up quickly. There is a slight learning curve, but after two or three times you can be set up in less than two minutes. The bivouac has plenty of room for me and my gear. This is a great buy!

Purchased one of the early mountain sticks to use during several training events to include long range shooting, reconnaissance, small unit tactics and patrolling . I am active duty SOF and wanted to test the utility, adaptability, durability and multifaceted abilities the stick had to offer against our current clunky outdated gear. Absolutely did not disappoint.
Certainly my teams go to standard load out now. Personally I use it for hunting now as well.

I took a mountain stick and tent with me on my trip into the Canadian Rockies. I loved it. Worth every penny.
I also lent my setup out to a friend for a week log trip and he had nothing but great things to say and was super impressed with it as were the others in his group. Super excited for future trips with this gear.
