Refunds

Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. You have seven days to decided on your ownership. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange your undamaged product.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

The tents cannot be returned if you use them. No one wants to buy a used tent. All products must be return in new condition.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. We will be fair to you and expect the same in return.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Serious injury, and death to you and others of your party can and may happen due to use or mis-use or abuse of products and equipment.

Col Mountain tech or Colmoutaintech.com or any person, owner, employee, agent or heir related to Company shall be referred to herein as Company. Any equipment products associated with Company will be referred to as Company products.

When you purchase Company products you agree to the following:.

Prior to any use it is the responsibility of the user to fully understand ,read or see the information videos on all information associated with Company products, learn the proper techniques for the activity that you are engaging in when using the product. Seek and obtain instruction for safe and proper use of the Company product accept the risk and limitations of the product and educate those who are part of your group or other users utilizing the product.

By purchasing or using Company product you assume personal responsibility for any and all injuries or damages of any kind including bodily injury, death, psychological or emotional injury, resulting from you or others using or mis-using Company product.

The purchaser and user acknowledge and accept all potential risks involved with the use or improper use of all products Company products, you assume responsibility for any harm, losses, damages, personal injuries, death, property damage, and emotional damage you or others resulting from or arising out of mis-use Company gear and products.

You and your heirs further agree to hold harmless indemnify protect and defend Col Mountain tech against any incident or action involving out or arising out of use or miss use of Cole Mountain tech product.
